Rhythm & Purpose Collective is producing Rhythm & Purpose The R&B Experience on October 18, 2026, at the Fredericksburg Convention Center. The national lineup features Grammy-nominated Shanice, The LeVert Experience and Joshua “Showtime” Williams, hosted by actor Flex Alexander and backed by a seven-piece live house band.
That work includes artist negotiations, contracts, riders, live-band coordination, production planning, VIP experiences and a complete run of show. We apply that venue-side experience to every client engagement.

Artist booking services begin at $1,500.
Artist guarantees, travel, accommodations, hospitality, production, security, insurance, licensing and other event costs are separate. Every client receives a written scope and fee proposal after the initial request is reviewed.

Does R&P represent the artists listed on the website?
R&P represents the venue or event buyer during the talent buying process unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Artists shown from an R&P-produced event are identified as talent booked for that event and are not presented as members of an R&P roster.
What artist budgets do you work with?
Our national and legacy talent buying service is designed for approved artist budgets beginning at $10,000. R&P service fees and event-related expenses are separate.
Can you guarantee a specific artist?
No. Artist availability and pricing are controlled by the artist and authorized representative. R&P will only present an artist as available after receiving current information from a verified representative.
Who pays the artist?
The venue or event buyer ordinarily signs the artist agreement and pays the artist entity directly according to the contract. R&P invoices its service fees separately.
Do you provide production?
Production, live band, backline, host and DJ coordination may be added to the engagement when needed. These services require a separate scope and budget.
How quickly will we receive artist options?
Timing depends on the date, budget and artist representatives. R&P will provide a proposed timeline after reviewing the inquiry and receiving the engagement payment.
Does submitting the form place an artist on hold?
No. An inquiry does not create an offer, place a hold or guarantee availability. R&P will explain the formal offer process before contacting an artist representative.
Where does R&P provide services?
R&P is based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and initially serves Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. Other markets are reviewed individually.
