Founder & CEO
Isia
Isia is the Founder and CEO of Rhythm & Purpose Collective, where she is helping redefine live entertainment through elevated experiences that bring together music, culture, community, and meaningful impact. Her vision is to create unforgettable events that not only entertain but also inspire connection, celebrate artistry, and give back to the communities they serve.
With a professional background spanning public relations, marketing, executive leadership support, emergency operations, crisis response, and supervision, Isia has built a career centered on strategic communication, operational excellence, and service. Throughout her career in the federal government, she has supported executive leaders, managed high-pressure operations, and led complex communications and administrative initiatives requiring precision, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Early in her career, a respected music industry professional recognized her passion and invested in her development, teaching her the realities of artist relations, event production, negotiations, and the business of entertainment. Those lessons continue to shape her approach to producing experiences that are professionally executed, financially responsible, and built for long-term success.
At Rhythm & Purpose Collective, Isia combines her leadership experience with a passion for community engagement to create sophisticated events that leave a lasting impression. Through the organization's charitable initiative, Rhythm & Purpose Provides, a portion of event proceeds supports nonprofit organizations making a meaningful impact throughout the Fredericksburg region.
Driven by the belief that entertainment can be both inspiring and impactful, Isia is committed to creating experiences that strengthen communities, foster meaningful connections, and leave guests with memories that extend far beyond the final performance.
Executive Leadership
Monika serves as Executive Vice President of Rhythm & Purpose Collective, where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to help bring the organization's vision to life. With more than 26 years of experience in financial management, project management, government contracting, and executive operations, she brings a wealth of expertise in organizational leadership and business strategy.
A Project Management Professional with an MBA, Monika has successfully led multimillion-dollar initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and collaboration. As the founder of BP Productions, she also brings valuable experience producing entertainment and community events. Her passion for purposeful leadership helps ensure every Rhythm & Purpose Collective experience is thoughtfully planned, professionally executed, and centered on creating a lasting impact.
